Explains how we process your personal data as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

- Health data: complaints, history and medical information you share in your appointment request or during examination (special category data)
- Transaction security data: IP address, cookie records, browser and log records
- Request/complaint data: the content of messages and feedback you submit

- Receiving and managing your appointment and information requests
- Contacting you and responding to your requests
- Planning and providing the health service
- Measuring and improving service quality
- Ensuring the security of the website
- Fulfilling legal obligations arising from applicable legislation
Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:
- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation
- The legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm the data subject's fundamental rights and freedoms
- Your explicit consent
Special category data such as health data is processed only with your explicit consent or, for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, diagnosis and treatment, by persons under a confidentiality obligation. The explicit consent you give when submitting the contact form forms the basis of this processing.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data, limited solely to the purposes stated in this notice, may be transferred to:
- Authorised public institutions (upon legal request)
- Technical suppliers we work with (hosting, maintenance) under a confidentiality undertaking
- Health institutions cooperated with for tests and diagnosis where necessary
Your data is stored within the country and is not transferred abroad without your explicit consent.
Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically by automated and partly automated means through channels such as the website contact form, phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, as well as cookies.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the legal retention periods foreseen in the relevant legislation. When these periods end or the purpose of processing ceases, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights as Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately
- Request its deletion or destruction
- Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred
- Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding the above rights, together with information verifying your identity, by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. Your requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest according to their nature; if the process requires an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
