She was born in Istanbul. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul. She joined Istanbul Okan University Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2014 and graduated as dietician in 2019.

She completed her undergraduate education with a thesis as 'Nutrition Therapy in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome'. Fulin Zencir, who started her culinary studies at Anadolu University after completing her bachelor's degree, is still continuing her studies. During her internship period Fulin Zencir worked for institutions like Fatih Sultan Mehmet Training and Research Hospital, Dr. Nazif Bağrıaçık Kadıköy Hospital, Vera Hospital, Okan University Hospital, where she the opportunity to unite her theoretical knowledge with practice, so she could experienced proper nutrition treatments in diseases and cases. Currently, she works as dietician for Elit Surgery.
